Rikke Lind, General Secretary, Redningsselskapet (RS), will be speaking on why the #WomenInSAR initiative matters.

David Jardine-Smith, IMRF Project Manager, will be giving an overview of our #WomenInSAR Report.

Michael Vlasto, former IMRF Chair and Former RNLI Operations Director, will be giving a short talk titled "Why Things Need to Change".

Suzanna Razali Chan, Chief Assistant Director, SAR and Disaster Relief Division, Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA), Ministry of Home Affairs, will be sharing her experience, motivation, and how MMEA channels women towards operation and SAR roles.
