European Lifeboat Crew Exchange - Home

Over 519 crew members from IMRF member organisations have participated and trained in the European Lifeboat Crew Exchange since it started in 2012.

The crew on the course spend 7 intensive days hosted by an IMRF member organisation in September, improving their professional knowledge and experience, which they then bring back to their own organisation.
