The IMRF has a number of members working on how to respond to on-board problems such as fire, chemical spills and persons trapped. These types of incidents can also be present when dealing with maritime Mass Rescue Operations.

To help with the sharing of knowledge on how other countries and organisations are managing these challenges and the use of specialist Maritime Incident Response Groups we have developed this website to act as a link to knowledge, information, initiatives and contacts.

We will continue to build on the information available and encourage organisations and individuals working in this field to be proactive in sending us content. To submit please e-mail [email protected].
