Nomination Category: Innovation and Technology

This Award is for the development of an innovative process, technology or item of equipment that contributes to saving lives in maritime SAR operations.

The nomination form must describe as fully as possible:

the purpose of this innovation;
how it works;
the reason for developing it;
who was involved;
the challenges involved in developing it;
the difference that it has made to the outcomes of SAR operations.
