IMRF International Maritime SAR Forward Look 2021 - Webinar Recording

In our Webinar on the 2 February 2021, a panel of SAR experts, led by our Chair, Dean Lawrence, had a thoughtful and interesting discussion on the outlook for the international maritime SAR sector in 2021 and the IMRF’s plans for the next twelve months, including the launch of our exciting new members-only webinar programme, which will cover topics including future technology and fundraising & communications.

The Panel included Captain Mohammed Drissi, Director of MRCC Rabat and IMRF Trustee, who spoke about the benefits of IMRF membership for his organisation.

He was joined by Jori Nordström, CEO of the Finnish Lifeboat Institution since 2019 and prior to that Head of Operations, who gave his thoughts on the year ahead, from his perspective as the CEO of a national SAR organisation.
