IMRF Conference on Mass Rescue At Sea

Gothenburg, Sweden 7-8 June 2010

This is the first in a series of conferences to be organised by the International Maritime Rescue Federation
(IMRF) on the subject of mass rescue operations at sea (for example, following the evacuation of a
passenger ship in distress).
The overall aims of this conference series are to share experience and initiatives, and to seek to improve the
response to mass rescue incidents wherever they may occur in the world.
