Maritime Mass Rescue Operations (MRO) Subject-Matter Expert Course – United Kingdom – June 2024 - Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Registered place by Delegate 

Cancellation of registration up to and including the 28 March 2024 will receive a full refund of the registration fee. 

Cancellation of registration as of 1 April 2024 up to and including 30 April 2024 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. 

There will be no refund of the registration fee for cancellations on or after 1 May 2024. 

Cancellation of Accommodation 

The IMRF is not responsible for making, changing or cancelling any accommodation bookings for course delegates. 

Delegates are responsible for informing the hotel directly if they cancel their attendance to the course, or require changes to any accommodation bookings that they have already made. 

Please also check the hotel’s own cancellation policy before you book.

When you register at the course you will be given a consent form with further information, and for those who wish not to be included in film/photo there is an opt-out choice.
