Adam Dixon, Trauma Risk Management & Wellbeing Delivery Manager, and Clare Learoyd, Medical Operations Support Officer at RNLI, talk about the RNLI’s journey in supporting the welfare of their people.

In this session, Fredrik Forsman, a lecturer responsible for Training in Leadership, Strategy and Crisis Management at the maritime programmes at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden, talks about 'Psychological safety in SAR: A prerequisite for courageous leadership'.
