Become an Affiliate Member Affiliate Membership Affiliate Membership is for subsidiaries of SAR Member organisations, whose prime purpose is the promotion of water safety through education and public awareness. It is also for NGOs that are not involved in operational maritime SAR, or organisations that are planning to provide a maritime SAR service or function in the future. Examples of existing affiliate members are: Hong Kong Sea Cadets, Caribbean Maritime University and Cameron Lifesaving Organisation. The annual fee for Affiliate Membership is £110 per year.
